What about your body?  Do you really respect it and take care of it?  Come on, I mean REALLY! The fact that your whole body is you, should set off an inner alarm for you to make sure of all things when it comes to nourishing it properly. I say properly, because there are many foods we eat that have no nutritional value and there are medicinal foods that we exclude from our diet. If you are not nourishing your body properly, then the proof will eventually be in your level of health sooner or later. Research shows that  most people are not nourishing their body properly and therefore disease is running rampant.  Why run the risk, Let me help you protect you!
